Remote physical therapy (aka teletherapy) involves no contact therapy that can be delivered virtually. This form of therapy is necessary for many due to COVID-19 concerns or simply for convenience. Remote therapy engagements typically involve a combination of live video calls (usually weekly), along with personalized self-directed treatment plans delivered via video clips and PDF instructions. Clients receive a personalized page on this site where all instructions are delivered and maintained. Send us a note and we’ll see if remote therapy can work for you!
We do not yet have a public fee schedule; however, our rates are competitive with other private practice therapy providers. We typical bill for each session, or in the case of remote therapy, by the week. Contact us for more info on rates.
